Today, on this Memorial Day, when our customer asks us to install a flag pole bracket, we're proud to do so. We remember those who served and died and are grateful for their service 🇺🇸

Started working on this beautiful home before the rains recently came to town!
So far, we've been able to replace all of the rotten wood and hand wash the entire exterior. Because the exterior of a home requires a step-by-step process, today, we're focusing on scraping the old caulk off, re-caulking the entire home, and prime painting before a new coat of the same color goes on.
We'll post some 'after' pictures once the job is complete. Erik's Painting is definitely an essential business in helping keep homes functioning and looking great!

The toilet diaries - Part 2:
Owning a home repair & remodeling business does not exempt us from experiencing catastrophes ourselves!
Looks like our clogged toilets ended up being a much more serious and involved problem than expected!

All water on the second floor was unusable. As you can see, Staszek and I had to root out the pipes (and very unfortunate for Staszek, he manually unclogged some of the pipes 💩). We ripped up the ceiling in our kitchen to perform some of the unclogging, replaced segments of pipe and replaced the drywall.
Hallelujah, we have water!

So this happened this morning. With the 6 of us home this week (my wife and I and our 4 children), we seem to have caused major trauma to 2 of our 3 toilets and our kitchen ceiling! Perhaps we've been using too much toilet paper 😬
As a reminder, Erik's Painting is not only a remodeling business, but a repair and maintenance company as well, essential to keeping your home or business functioning smoothly.
