Compensation
• Base salary with UNCAPPED commission structure

Position Overview
As a Residential HVAC Solutions Professional, you will work directly with homeowners to identify their heating and cooling needs, recommend energy-efficient solutions, and guide them through the sales and installation process. You’ll focus on air-source and ground-source heat pump options, with the support of our marketing team and a robust network of qualified leads — no cold calling required. You’ll be responsible for documenting requirements, building proposals, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct in-home assessments with homeowners
✅ Evaluate home heating and cooling, as well as humidity & air quality requirements
✅ Recommend the best-fit HVAC and heat pump solutions
✅ Present proposals, close sales, and follow projects through installation
✅ Maintain documented communication during the sales pipeline using CRM systems
✅ Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships
✅ Collaborate with our internal team to ensure seamless project delivery
What You’ll Bring
✔ Proven experience in HVAC sales roles
✔ Knowledge of heat pump technologies (ASHP/GSHP)
✔ Strong consultative selling and customer education skills
✔ Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet revenue targets
✔ Experience with CRM
✔ Self-motivated, professional, and reliable
✔ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within NH, ME & occasionally MA
