Well, in a year or so Cole’s Home Design is going to be ready to take orders for blueprints, remodeling plan, basic floor plan, complete floor plan, or a complete house plan!

1-3 Rooms Remodeling Floor Plans- $250-$650

Basic Floor Plan - $750-$1,200
(Dimensions, Doors and Windows, and Descriptions)

Complete Floor Plans - $1,500-$3,000
(Basic F-P plus Electric, Kitchen Appliances, and Bathroom Fixtures)

Complete House Plans - $5,000-$8,000
(Both F-P Above plus Exterior and Interior Elevations, Foundation, Wall Section, HVAV, Roof, Sewer, Water,and Presentation)

Times and prices are going to vary depending on what you want and how much square footage you request!
