We’re guilty of sharing the before and afters and skipping over everything in between.

These photos tell the story of what it took to get here. From opening up the roof and expanding the structure to framing, rough-ins, drywall, trim, cabinetry, and paint.

What was once unfinished attic space is becoming an entirely new level of the home, complete with two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchenette, rec room, and incredible lake views.

We’re not finished yet, but it’s hard to believe this was once just attic space.

Cabinets and trim are in, paint is done, and we’re moving into finishes of this new construction home. You can finally see how everything is going to feel once it’s complete.

Site visits like this are about more than just checking progress. We’re walking every space, documenting where we’re at and making sure everything is ready for what’s next.

Even with a solid plan, things come up. Being on site consistently is what keeps the project moving and avoids issues down the line.
