Invites to new neighborhoods always makes me nervous! You don’t know what’s behind the Sheetrock you don’t know how much you need to modify. However a decade in and you do know how it’s gonna turn out. Had a few adjustments with mechanicals. The mother in law gave me the first approval followed by the customer, and that was a huge relief.
