If it’s been six months, don’t forget to change your air filter. Lots of issues can arise with a dirty air filter. One being poor airflow which can cause less cool air coming out of your room vents. Also causing your A\C to run constantly, causing an unexpected spike in your energy costs.

Reminder from Paul: Avoid self-cleaning your oven prior to the holiday. The reason being that if something is going to go wrong, it will be at that time. Self-cleaning ovens can sometimes reach temperatures of up to 900°F. Happy Easter from everybody here at Gehring’s!

We had a great time at the Hall and enjoyed delicious food at the Batesville Chamber Dinner. Congratulations to the winners: the Distinguished Service Award was presented to Clem and Bertie Schmidt, Organization of the Year went to One Community One Family, Jason Walke was named Educator of the Year, and Summer Food for Kids received Volunteer Organization of the Year. Again, congratulations from all of us at Gehrings!
