Gutted the old tub and drywall out down to the studs and remodeled this Lansing home with Brand New Black Tile, Installed 4 corners shelves, All new Plumbing, and a very Nice/Sharp looking Tinted glass shower door with black handles!! ✅✅

Another job fixed and completed!! Another Local Landscaping company again left My New client hanging with unfinished work and a horrible experience.!! I was able to save her day, fix it all and leave her with a smile! Here’s what I accomplished for her!

• Rock wall edge, re-placed all by hand with trench and water basin installed for proper water drainage ✅
• 4.5 yds of topsoil dirt picked up, hauled in, and installed ✅
• Plants re fresh and planted with care ✅

Last week I had a Dr. Appt and my Dr. was explaining to me how another “professional painting company” left him high and dry, very unorganized work style, incomplete and unhappy.!! I was appalled, So T1 came in there to help him out, got the job totally refinished, restarted from step 1, went to town and got amazing finished results!!

From drywall repair, wallpaper removal, trim work and repair, and high quality superior interior painting finish! T1 handyman services was able to help out Devon Self Storage in Okemos Mi, to Expand, Remodel, and Update 24 NEW MSU self storage units, framing them in, covering up the insulation behind, sheeting them all and getting ready for all the new spring time move ins!! Here’s som pics!! 4 years they couldn’t find a reasonable contractor to come out and help remodel for them in this OLD barn that was converted into a storage unit! How Cool and Neat to turn some old history into some modern day use for the new MSU students!! GO GREEN!
