This particular one is 12x24 and comes standard with a single door, a big 80" double door, (2) windows with shutters and a work bench under each window, (2) lofts and a divider wall with a doorway cut out. It's the perfect shed to keep your mower and gas powered tools separated from your storage and workshop. At $9695 it's a steal! Our portable garages are 12x20, 12x24, 12x28 and 12x32. We even include in the price, our "Heavy Duty" flooring system which consists of 2x6 notched PT floor joists 12" on center as apposed to 16" on center for the normal floor system. The Heavy Duty floor system utilizes 3/4" LP Smart floor decking with the special moisture barrier as well. The total peak of the garage is 11'6" with a wall height of 7'8" and they come standard with an 8x6'x6" spring loaded garage door, a 24x36 vinyl insulated window and a single door with a 46" opening. Here is the best part....the price. For example, the brown garage pictured here is a 12x24 Utility style. Total cash, check CC price is only $9305.00 plus tax with a $500 security deposit.
