Happy Labor Day all of our friends in broms!! It is another months and time to get ready to come on out Thursday evening at 7 pm to the Bromeliad society of Baton Rouge. To come together and enjoy our common interest of bromeliads. We meet at the garden center in independence Blvd.

We have a raffle table and a door prize many chances to bring a brom or two home.

Refreshments and snacks are provided.

As always we will talk about one of many bromeliad topics.

Set a reminder, put it in you calendar, and set the date to come out and see what you can learn about these amazing plants.

This is just a sample of what is available at the BREC summer sale that just kicked off so grab some petty cash and head out to the Baton Rouge botanical gardens!!! Thank you for your support of the local growers!!

Welcome to summer hope you’re able to keep those broms from burning up!! It has been a while but we have something on the hook for everyone. This Saturday coming. August the 8th we will be participating in the summer BREC sale at the botanical gardens in Baton Rouge. All the info is on the flyer!! Come out and support your local grower and clubs.

Good evening, We would like to thank all the people who made it out to our annual exhibition and sale last weekend. It was great to see everyone and to meet all the new BROM enthusiasts.

We will not be having our monthly meeting tomorrow. With the show last weekend we are going to take a break and skip this one.

One last thing June 20th the day before Father’s Day we will be participating in the plant society jamboree. All the info is in the flyer.
