Fire damage restoration/renovation in Kalamazoo. We needed to break off our local jobs, hop out here and get a tricky portion completed so my sub contractor could continue working away inside with demo and drywall installation prep. I was able to get out of the office and into the field with my team today. I really enjoyed it!.

Great job guys getting the framing ready for inspection and dried in one day.

Drywall completed. Bring in the finishers!

As we near the completion of the Augusta duplex renovation I wanted to showcase the floor and 1/4 round, kitchen completion my team completed over 2 days.

Mind you all the prep time spent on getting these walls to our paintable finish standards. The walls and trim were in rough shape- so thank you Josh and Billy for your attention to detail on all the extensive prep work.

The flooring was challenging as I wanted it to be continuous from one end to the other; backed into closets, under and around door jambs etc while maintaining a high quality finish. We do not take the easy way out and stair step our flooring. We take the extra time to break up any patterns (things that we can do differant then the majority).

Punch list phase tomorrow as we get the reno crew on to the next one and the new construction crew back out to the addition (rough in subs should be wrapping up soon).

We had an elderly couple referred to us due to some broken and unsafe steps needing replaced. Due to the urgency we moved them up in the schedule and worked a weekend day to get this set resolved.

First of all-thank you to my team for all the hard work that we put into the details of this bathroom. I love doing tile work because it is not easy and you have to do alot of things RIGHT.

If you want a high end, walk in tile shower, give us a call WE LOVE DOING IT!! Nothing beats a proffessional tile instal.

A tremendous amount of prep work involved to make sure everything is water proof and tight.

Respect due to be given to Josh, our renovation crew lead in training. He's been on his own with his team mostly this last week and he has been on top of his game hitting goals and meeting our standards. I am super proud to see him performing in his prime (loyalty, respect and commitment) and super excited to see what the future holds for this star.

I underestimated the prep work he and his team (our team) applied to this rental before they even began applying the paint-he is stepping up our game (this gentleman has been painting for dozens of years and it shows).

Alot of added detail into a picture frame deck top layout. All the lines are tight at each angle, very tight tolerances at each post cut, all the screw lines are intentional and in line. I greatly dislike screws on any deck that are just grossly fastened in. We even take pride in simply how we apply fasteners. Zoom in on the photos and verify for yourself.

We always look to find a way to do something better. Thank you to my team for upholding our quality and site cleanliness standards!!
