This weekend we shrank wrapped this 50’ sailboat that is being shipped to Florida this week. A lot of stuff had to be removed from the deck of this boat to fit under the overpasses so this shrink wrap will protect the boat from any water damage occurring during the trip.

Here is a Sea Ray that we did a complete canvas replacement this past winter. We custom made a stainless steel frame for a camper top on this boat. We used Sapphire Blue Sunbrella and also used 40 ga. Strataglass on the front Bimini curtains. The camper top curtains we used 30 ga. roll glass and black phifertex for the screens.

Here is one of our jobs we finished up recently. We did a complete canvas replacement for a long time customer. We made a new dodger with removable panels to open it up on those nice days out sailing. We then made a Bimini top and fully enclosed the cockpit area with strataglass clear vinyl windows and gray phifertex screens. We also used Captain Navy Sunbrella and SolarFix thread.

Here is a boat that we did a complete canvas replacement over the winter. We moved the front frame back around 10” to give the front curtains more angle so it looked less boxy. We made a new Bimini top and enclosure for the fly bridge and we also enclosed the back aft deck. Also we made a dash panel cover along with a new dingy cover. We used Captain Navy Sunbrella and 40 ga. Strataglass for the enclosure. The last 2 pictures are before pictures.

Here is a boat that we just finished replacing the canvas on. We used black Sunbrella fabric for both tops and the enclosure. The curtains have 40 ga. strataglass clear vinyl installed in them.
