PSA- The Town of Brookhaven requires that contractors must give clients a written cost estimate for the work and that is to be submitted to the building department along with insurance documents. No more verbal quotes. I believe that this will go to other towns to in the future. Thank you.

The Lofts at Main Street project in Smithtown. This project was awarded the best mixed-use development in Suffolk County in 2024 by the Long Island Business News. A special thanks to Hayduk Engineering, Zucaro Construction, Freeman Engineering, Avitz Engineering, and Rabco Engineering for their individual contributions to this project.
