Adding some style to your kitchen is easy! First clean and put away any appliances or things not used on a daily basis to clear up counter space. Next put out some fresh fruit in a pretty bowl with a couple cookbooks stacked next to it and a candle. I love adding fresh flowers or a plant too. You can also display and layer in cutting boards against your backsplash. Just a few ways to give your kitchen a little refresher! 📸 Lake Arts Studio

I love framing a hand written family recipe and displaying it in the kitchen. It adds such a personal touch! I have in my kitchen a recipe from my Nana and every time I’m in the kitchen cooking I see it and always think of her 💗

Ready to refresh your bedroom for spring? I shared tips in Cleveland Magazine this month and one of my favorites is adding small touches like a tray on your nightstand or a decorative box along with a candle. Simple and minimal is my favorite way to do bedrooms! Also now is a great time to go through and clean out closets, switch out heavy bedding and add some new pillows! 📸 Lake Arts Studio

One of the best parts of my job are meeting the wonderful people I get to work with 😀 I met this couple because they were ready for a new kitchen. They are one of the most adorable, funny and lovely couples I’ve had the privledge of working with! I was sad when this project came to an end but oh so happy for them that they get to enjoy their new beautiful kitchen! 😍😍
