To the client: "I'm told the water heater isn't making hot water. We are looking into potential issues. I'll keep you posted."

To the manufacturer: "The water heater is installed according to your specs but still isn't producing hot water. We are confirming functionality of the breaker but would appreciate any troubleshooting advice you can offer."

To the electrician: "Please confirm the panel is energized and the breaker is functional."

To the guy running the wire (pointing to water heater): "Maybe no power."
