Is the number of COVID cases in the LBI Region really so low? Actually, no. To avoid duplication, national policy requires all test results be reported under a person's permanent address, their "home" home, as we say on LBI. People that test positive while on vacation or at their second home are not counted locally, leading some to drop their guard (and their mask). Please care for yourself and others, and behave as if it's here. Because it is.
