I got a call because the lights throughout the house were flickering and sometimes go out for a little while. I asked if it happens more when it's windy, and ofcourse it does!
This is the service drop connection to the power company's lines. The middle crimp is loose and was getting hot making the black tape very crispy!!
Cut the crimps off and installed new insulated connectors!
