We're working on a red oak flooring job that is going just down the road from our shop. Customer requested character! Our personal favorite request! This is wormy red oak. Dont worry the worms are not included, your house will not be eaten! The bugs are all done in with the drying process. All those little holes will be filled in with the sanding and clear coating process. We can't wait to see it finished ready to withstand years of use! Video in comments.

This was a first for me…completed a custom arch top casing today! It took a couple attempts and some trial & error, but it really turned out nice. Never stop learning new things…

This week we added a new machine to the fleet! This is a Woodmaster 4000 4-side planer molder. This machine cuts our molding time down to about a quarter of what it was, and makes a better product!
