Our client had a small master bath in a colonial style home that couldn't be enlarged in either direction. They had a super small neo-angle shower and a very tight area for the toilet. They wanted to enlarge the shower but keep a double vanity. My plumber had the brilliant idea of adding a corner toilet to save space. We also installed a pocket door to allow for more space inside the bathroom.
