This master bathroom remodel on a home in Rialto Ca. Old tub was cracked from improper subfloor support/preparation by the tract home builders. The new tub should last a long time now that it’s installed correctly.

Sometimes the helpers need some goofing off time during the day. One of the fun parts of working with dad. Love all 4 of my kids and how amazing they are. They are all willing to jump in on a project to help dad out and make a couple bucks too!

New wood plank tile installed in a home in Riverside Ca. We removed all of the old carpet in this room and installed plank tile on half of the room and carpet over the other half. Homeowners are super happy with their new flooring and all the new colors in this large room.

“New facelift” on a Redlands Ca home. Removed the drop ceiling, added new ceiling insulation over the kitchen, drywall, tape/mud and new orange peel texture in this area to update the house form the old 80’s popcorn ceiling.
We installed new white cabinets with white quartz countertops and a new under mount stainless steel sink. New appliances on top of the new wood plank tile floor in the kitchen area. Removing the drop ceiling and bringing more light into this room helped create a very bright, functional and beautiful look for this sweet little family who love to cook and spend time together making memories in the kitchen.

Replaced some rotted out fascia and rebuilt a small storage area on a home in Redlands Ca that was dry rotted and worn out. A small job with two of my best helpers!

New patio cover and freestanding pergola for a home in Redlands Ca. The Homeowner wanted some extra shade off the back of the house with the solid cover over the family room door. Added some filtered light from the lattice pergola for the dining room side with the open beam cover. Another happy customer.

Just Replaced the two old sets of painted over pine hinged doors with two new vinyl sliding patio doors on a home in Highland Ca.
New doors came equipped with blinds installed in between the glass. It’s much more quiet with the dual pane doors in comparison to the old single pane glass doors. One more super happy customer.
