Extra cardboard? Use it in the garden!

Sheet mulching uses leftover cardboard to stop w**ds. By blocking light, cardboard creates a w**d barrier. As it breaks down, it provides nutrients to the soil.

Thanks to everyone that came to our plant sale today. It takes a lot of volunteers to coordinate and work this event. Plant sales fund scholarships for local seniors and educational programs throughout Jefferson County. We hope you enjoy your plants and will see you next year.
