This is why I do what I do and love my job , I saved some lives which is always good but being very close friends close friends it hit hard , when they said they and their children were having a hard time waking up and getting going in the mornings but felt fine after being outside I knew this could be bad bit never imagined it was this bad ( The video of the hole in the heat exchanger which causes carbon monoxide in the house and is deadly ) I went out to a call to look at a furnace it was well past this age but I tried my best to fix it at the end of the call it was unreparable and they need to replace the whole heat exchanger or get a new furnace.
