Add the first stage ingredients, in the order listed, to the ๐——๐—ฒ๐—น๐˜‚๐˜…๐—ฒ ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—•๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ. Replace and lock the lid. Turn the wheel to select the SAUCE setting; press the wheel to start.

Combine the flour and butter in a small microwave-safe bowl for 1ยฝ minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, to make a roux. When prompted to โ€œAddโ€, remove the vented lid cap and add the cooked roux. Replace the cap; press the wheel to start.

When the timer is up, press CANCEL. Add the Parmesan cheese and press PULSE until combined.

3 tbsp (45 mL) butter
4 oz (125 g) cream cheese, cut into cubes
1 cup (250 mL) milk
2 oz (60 g) Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground black pepper

Place garlic on cutting board. Using Garlic Prep Tool, use the pasting plate to create a garlic paste-like consistency.

Melt butter in (2.75-qt./2.6-L) Saucepan over medium heat; add garlic paste and cook 60-90 seconds or until fragrant (do not brown). Add cream cheese; whisk until smooth. Gradually add milk, whisking constantly. Bring to simmer.

Stir in cheese and pepper until completely incorporated. Cook sauce 5-7 minutes or until reaches desired thickness, stirring occasionally. Serve over pasta.

ยผ head purple cabbage (about 8 oz./250 g)
2 medium carrots, peeled
1 red bell pepper
1 cup (250 mL) snap peas

For the sauce, combine the honey, soy sauce, Sriracha, and garlic pressed with the ๐—š๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฐ ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€ in a small bowl.

Cut the chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces and place them into a bowl. Add the cornstarch and 1 tbsp (15 mL) of the sauce to the bowl and toss to coat the chicken.

Heat 1 tbsp (15 mL) of the oil in the Brilliance Weeknight Skilletover medium-high heat for 3โ€“5 minutes.

Add the rice and water to the 3-qt. (3-L) ๐— ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ผ-๐—–๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ธ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ. Microwave, covered, on HIGH, for 12โ€“15 minutes, or until the rice is cooked; set aside.

Add the chicken to the wok and cook, undisturbed, for 3 minutes. Use A Spatula to stir-fry for 2โ€“3 minutes, or until the chicken is evenly browned; remove from the pan and set aside. (The chicken wonโ€™t be fully cooked.)

Use the ๐—ฅ๐—ฎ๐—ฝ๐—ถ๐—ฑ ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฝ ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ผ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ to slice the onion, and zucchini. Use the ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—–๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ณ'๐˜€ ๐—ž๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ณ๐—ฒ to slice the cabbage. Use the ๐—”๐—ฑ๐—ท๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐—น๐—ฒ ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ฒ ๐—š๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ to grate the carrot.

Cut the top off the bell pepper. Use the ๐— ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐˜‚๐—บ ๐—ฆ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ฝ remove the seeds and veins. Cut the pepper into quarters and use the ๐—ค๐˜‚๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ธ ๐—ฆ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ to slice it into strips.

Add the remaining oil to the wok and heat over medium-high heat for 2โ€“3 minutes. Add the onion, carrot, and bell pepper, and stir-fry for 2โ€“3 minutes, or until the vegetables are lightly browned.

Add the zucchini and snap peas and continue cooking for 2โ€“3 minutes.

Add the chicken, remaining sauce, and cabbage to the pan. Cook for 3โ€“4 minutes, or until all the vegetables are crisp-tender and the sauce has reduced. Serve over rice.

Stir-frying is a useful cooking technique that will expand the meals you can make in a hurry, but it happens fast and requires attention. Because of the high heat of the pan, each vegetable has to go in at a specific time, so it isnโ€™t overcooked, and the food needs to be stirred consistently. Before you turn on the stove, read the whole recipe and prep all of your ingredients and put them near the wok.

Coating the chicken with cornstarch helps the sauce stick to the chicken and helps it brown.

8 medium strawberries, hulled

Place the bowl of the ๐—œ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ ๐—–๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—บ ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ธ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ into the freezer for at least 8 hours, or overnight.

Finely chop the strawberries with the ๐—™๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ฑ ๐—–๐—ต๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ to measure 1 cup (250 mL).

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, syrup, and strawberries.

Remove the Ice Cream Maker bowl from the freezer and attach the assembled clear lid to the bowl.

Set the timer for 20 minutes. Once the paddle starts rotating, pour the mixture into the bowl.

When the Ice Cream Maker stops turning, check the doneness. The frozen yogurt should be a thick, soft-serve consistency. If needed, add more time until the desired consistency is reached. Yogurt is best served immediately.

This frozen yogurt freezes harder than homemade ice cream. If youโ€™re storing it for later use, store it in a freezer-safe vessel and let it come to room temperature about 30 minutes before serving. You can also microwave it in short intervals, stirring between each interval, until itโ€™s softened.

HAPPY NATIONAL STUFFED MUSHROOM DAY! ๐Ÿ„

This air fryer stuffed mushroom recipe has just a splash of red wine vinegar which is the perfect balance for the earthy mushrooms and creamy cheese.
Ingredients

Mushrooms
2 pkgs (8 oz./225 g each) baby bella mushrooms, washed and stems removed
2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
ยฝ tsp (2 mL) salt
โ…› tsp (0.5 mL) black pepper

Filling
2 oz. (60 g) mozzarella cheese
2 green onions
4 oz. (125 g) low-fat cream cheese (Neufchatรชl) or goat cheese, softened
ยฝ cup (125 mL) frozen spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
1ยฝ tsp (7 mL) red wine vinegar
ยฝ tsp (2 mL) Garlic & Herb Rub
โ…› tsp (0.5 mL) black pepper

Topping
1 tbsp (15 mL) butter, melted
ยผ cup (60 mL) plain breadcrumbs
ยฝ tsp (2 mL) Garlic & Herb Rub

Directions

Toss the mushrooms, oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Place them on the cooking trays of the Deluxe Air Fryer.

For the filling, grate the mozzarella with the Microplaneยฎ Adjustable Coarse Grater. Finely chop the green onions. Add the mozzarella, onions, and remaining filling ingredients to a medium bowl and mix well.
Use a scoop or spoon to stuff the mushrooms. For the topping, combine the breadcrumbs, melted butter, and rub in a small bowl. Dip the mushrooms (filling-side down) into the breadcrumb mixture to coat.

Place the trays on the top and bottom racks of the air fryer. Turn the wheel to select the ROAST setting; press the wheel to select. Turn the wheel to adjust the time to 15 minutes; press the wheel to start. Switch the trays halfway through cooking (youโ€™ll hear beeps as a reminder).

Preheat the oven to 325ยฐF (160ยฐC) and spray a ๐—•๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜„๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ฒ ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐—ป with nonstick cooking spray.
Drain the oranges; reserving the syrup. Place the oranges in the ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜‚๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—™๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ฑ ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€๐—ผ๐—ฟ and process until purรจed.

Combine the cake mix, oranges, and syrup in a ๐—–๐—น๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ฐ ๐—•๐—ฎ๐˜๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—•๐—ผ๐˜„๐—น (the mixture will be thick). Using a Large Scoop, divide the batter evenly into the wells of the pan. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove the pan from the oven and let it stand for 10 minutes. Remove the cakes form the pan and serve. If you are using optional toppings, allow the cakes to cool before topping.

๐˜Š๐˜ฐ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฌ'๐˜ด ๐˜›๐˜ช๐˜ฑ๐˜ด:
Orange Cream Cheese Frosting: Whisk 3 oz (85 g) cream cheese, softened, 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter, softened, 2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh orange juice, and 1 tsp (5 mL) orange zest together until creamy. Add 2ยฝ cups (625 mL) of powdered sugar and blend until smooth.

For carrot garnish, use a 2" (5 cm) piece of a large peeled carrot. Spiralize the carrot using the thin spaghetti blade on the Spiral & Slice. Cut the strands into small pieces.

1ยพ cups (425 mL) white cake mix with sprinkles (about half of a 15ยฝ oz. or 515 g box)
ยฝ cup (125 mL) milk
ยผ cup (60 mL) vegetable oil, plus more for spritzing
2 egg whites
1ยฝ cups (375 mL) white chocolate morsels
2 tsp (10 mL) coconut oil
2 tbsp (30 mL) rainbow sprinkles
12 ice cream sugar cones
Oil for brushing

Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (180ยฐC).

Whisk the cake mix, milk, vegetable oil, and egg whites until combined.

Brush or spritz the ๐——๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜‚๐˜ ๐—›๐—ผ๐—น๐—ฒ ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐—ป with oil using the Chefs Basting Brush or the Kitchen Spritzer. Divide the batter (about 1 tbsp/15 mL) into the wells of the pan. Bake until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the cakes comes out clean, 10โ€“12 minutes; let cool.

Meanwhile, microwave the white chocolate and coconut oil until they have melted, about 1โ€“2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Allow the chocolate to cool. Add ยฝ tsp (2 mL) melted white chocolate and ยผ tsp (1 mL) sprinkles into the bottom of each cone.

Press one cake into each cone. Then place another cake on top with the rounded side up (this is the part youโ€™ll decorate).

Glaze the top of each cone with the remaining white chocolate, about 1 tbsp (15 mL) per cone, and top with sprinkles.

Allow the chocolate to cool and harden before serving.
