I love my job as the owner of Pathfinder Home Repair and Remodeling! It is so rewarding creating dream living spaces for customers. Remodeling that makes sense!

We recently completed a “minor” master bathroom remodel to enhance the sale of a customer’s home. We tiled the shower, replaced the toilet, added a free standing tub, replaced shower and faucet hardware, and painted. According to HGTV, a remodel of this scope fetches a rate of return on investment of 102%. Needless to say, remodeling a master bathroom adds a lot of value to your home! What kind of amenities do you want to see in a master bathroom?

This was a very rewarding project. I built a deck with my former high school football coach who I eventually coached for for many years at Southridge High School. We made a great team just like the coaching days.

Just completed a nice outdoor living space for one of my clients. Just like with any construction project, this one had its own set of challenges. However, I’m really happy with the finished product. This is Trex Spiced Rum decking and Fortress FE26 railing. Thanks Ryan Records for your help.
