💛Save-You NEED to try these!

Ingredients:
•Store-bought popcorn chicken (deli or frozen)
•1-2 cups Sweet and sour sauce (jar or homemade)
•1/2 of a 14 oz package wonton wrappers, cut into triangles
•2 green onions, sliced thin
•Black sesame seeds
•Oil for frying

Cheese Sauce:
•8 oz cream cheese
•1 cup heavy whipping cream
•1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
•1/2 tsp pepper
•1/4 tsp salt
•2 tsp avocado oil or vegetable oil

Directions:
1.Air fry the popcorn chicken until crispy.

2.Toss the chicken in sweet and sour sauce in a pan. Heat until warm and fully coated.

3.Cut wonton wrappers into triangles and deep fry in oil until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towesl and sprinkle with a little salt.

4.Make the cheese sauce:
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the cream cheese. Once it starts melting, pour in the heavy whipping cream. Stir constantly until smooth and thickened. Reduce heat to medium-low, then mix in garlic powder, pepper, and salt until creamy.

5.Assemble by layering the fried wontons on a platter, then pour over the cheese sauce, add the sweet & sour chicken, and finish with green onions and black sesame seeds.

Crispy, creamy, sweet, savory… basically nacho perfection. 🔥

🥩✨ Peppercorn Sauce recipe 👇

Kettle & Fire Bone Broth sent me their new Beef Tallow and WOW — the flavor it gave these steaks was absolutely out of this world. I used it to sear a ribeye and filet mignon, then finished everything with a rich, creamy peppercorn sauce.

This is the kind of meal that makes you pause after the first bite. 🤌🔥

Peppercorn Sauce Recipe:
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1/2 shallot, minced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp crushed peppercorns
• 1 cup beef stock
• 1 cup heavy cream
• Pinch of sea salt
• Chopped parsley

Directions:
Sauté the garlic and shallot in butter over medium heat for 2–3 minutes.
Add the crushed peppercorns, then pour in the beef stock.
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream.
Cook until the sauce reaches your desired thickness, then finish with a pinch of sea salt and chopped parsley.

The sear, the richness, the flavor… the beef tallow really stole the show!

Ingredients:
• ¾ box Barilla bowtie pasta (or any pasta), cooked al dente, drained & cooled
• 1 can Pearls Olives black olives, halved
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 cup peppered salami, sliced
• ½ cup pepperoncini, sliced
• ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 package mozzarella pearls
• Fresh basil, finely chopped

Dressing:
• ¾ cup avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
• ¼ cup white distilled vinegar
• 2 heaping tbsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp salt

Shake dressing well and refrigerate until ready to use.
Toss all pasta ingredients together, pour on dressing (as much as you like), and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat—flavors get even better as it sits!

⭐️🍗 Recipe
Ingredients
Marinade
•2 large chicken breasts (halved lengthwise)
•2 cups buttermilk
•1 tbsp TRUFF Classic Aioli
•1 tbsp TRUFF Mild Hot Sauce

Dredge & Fry
•2 cups flour
•1/3 cup cornstarch
•2 tsp paprika
•2 tsp chili powder
•2 tsp cayenne
•2 tsp onion powder
•2 tsp garlic powder
•2 tsp salt
•1 egg
•2½–3 cups oil

Assembly
•Brioche or ciabatta buns
•Dill pickle slices
•Cheddar cheese
•TRUFF Classic Aioli
•TRUFF Smoky Jalapeño
•TRUFF mayonnaise

👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Marinate
Mix buttermilk + classic aioli + hot sauce. Add chicken and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
2. Prep Dredge
Remove chicken (don’t toss marinade).
Whisk 1 egg into the marinade.
In another bowl, mix flour + cornstarch + spices.
3. Coat
Dip chicken in flour → buttermilk → back into flour.
Press coating in for that EXTRA crunch.
4. Fry
Heat oil to 350°F.
Fry 1–2 pieces at a time until golden + internal temp hits 165°F.
5. Assemble
Toasted bun + truffle mayo
Crispy chicken
Pickles + cheddar
Drizzle 🥵 Smoky Jalapeño Aioli
Crunchy. Juicy. Truffle-loaded perfection 🤯

Smoky, saucy rice + seasoned beef + all the fresh toppings… this one hits every time.

⭐️Recipe
Ingredients:
•2 tomatoes
•¼ onion
•½ jalapeño
•2 garlic cloves
•1 cup water
•1 tbsp chicken bouillon
•1 cup jasmine rice
•Oil (for griddle)
•1 lb ground beef
•Taco seasoning
•1 can black beans (drained)
•1 cup corn
•Shredded cheese
•Avocado
•Jalapeño slices
•Crema
•Tortilla chips

Instructions:
1.Roast the base:
On high heat with oil, roast tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and garlic until charred.

2.Blend the sauce:
Add roasted veggies to a blender with water + chicken bouillon. Blend smooth and set aside.
(This tomato–bouillon blend is a classic base that gives Mexican rice its flavor and color)

3.Toast the rice:
On a well-oiled griddle over medium heat, add jasmine rice and cook until lightly golden.

4.Cook the beef:
On the other side of the griddle, cook ground beef and season with taco seasoning.

5.Bring the rice together:
Once rice is golden, pour in the tomato mixture.
Mix, cover (dome), and cook—stir occasionally—until rice is tender and fluffy.
(Toasting rice before adding liquid helps develop flavor and texture)

6.Warm the extras:
Toss black beans and corn on the griddle just to heat through.

7.Build your bowl:
Rice → beef → beans → corn → cheese → avocado → jalapeños → chips.

Pro tip: Let the rice sit covered a few minutes before fluffing for the best texture.

Buttery, crumbly, and just sweet enough… these shortcakes are the kind of dessert that feels fancy but comes together in under 30 minutes 🙌

⭐️Recipe
Ingredients
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup sugar (+ extra for berries)
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
• 1/2 cup butter, grated
• 1/3 cup heavy cream
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
• Whipped cream
• Fresh mint

Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 350°F
2.Mix strawberries with sugar, set aside
3.Combine flour, sugar, baking powder & cream of tartar
4.Add grated butter + mix
5.Stir in egg + cream
6.Form into a dough ball
7.Knead lightly (about 2 minutes)
8.Roll to 1/2 inch thick + cut
9.Bake 20 min

Assemble
Shortcake + whipped cream + strawberries → repeat → top with powdered sugar, mint & optional lavender 💐
