A very unique build to keep two adjoining properties separated. The old broken-down fence (pictured last) was an eyesore and was no longer adequate for keeping pets where they belonged. We were the only company willing to do everything by hand as using digging equipment was not possible.
(Fun fact): this forge was used in the 1700s to manufacture various items for the Revolutionary war!

The old fence in the last pictures was installed less than 10 years ago by a different company and unfortunately had already started to rot away and fall over due to poor installation and low-quality materials.

What are some things that sets Hickory Ridge-installed split rail, slip board, and other wood fences apart from other companies?

-Larger gate posts come STANDARD for gates 6ft wide, or longer
-LOCALLY manufactured heavy duty metal gates come STANDARD on all fences unless wood gates are requested.
-Easy-to-use, USA MADE, lockable gate latches come STANDARD when applicable
-Heavy duty 10 or 12 gauge wire used when adding wire fence (many companies use 14 or 16 gauge wire)
-Locust posts and Hemlock rails available for a natural application, if pressure treated materials are not desired
-Owner-installed fence on every job.
