The Foley home has been sold to a buyer who totally trusted the REimaging from the moment we bought it, and we could not be happier for him! I did forget to take a picture of the outside of the house, but the inside before and after pictures speak for themselves. This home was built in 1910, and J was able to keep a lot of the character yet give him peace of mind with all the new updates. Welcome to your REimagined Home Mr. Buyer 😉

We are in the "behind all the pretty" parts of a home that most homeowners may think about, but can't necessarily see, phase of this REimagined Home. The basement has been gutted, foundation has been waterproofed and new draintile has been installed. All new plumbing/HVAC is scheduled along with a new asphalt driveway. Windows have been ordered and the garage repairs are underway. Most of the demo is complete and we should be able to start putting this home back together soon. 😊

J is currently putting the final touches on our 4 bedroom / 2 bath REimagined Home in Foley, professional pictures are scheduled for the 15th and it will be hitting the market shortly after that. Stay tuned for the pictures.
AND we are under contract on our next home! This diamond in the rough in Becker is on 3 acres and has so much potential. This one has a longer rehab timeline, so we won't have to move for a little while, which is awesome, because our grandson's really want a "real" sleep over. 😉
I am so excited to see how he REimagines this one!

The Foley house is coming together. The original cabinets looked great in pictures, but they were broken, the shelves were twisted, laminate counter tops were old and coming apart, and the layout didn't allow for a dishwasher. J opened things up - creating a much more open concept to the the living room, changed the layout with all new cabinets, flooring, trim, shiplap, open shelves, lighting, sink and counter tops. The basement is framed, and the electrical and plumbing are roughed in. The home only had 1 bathroom, so J cut open the concrete to add a bathroom in the lower level. Making progress 😊

We are officially under contract on our next REimagined Home! This time we are heading to Foley and to the nicest one yet! Some minor changes to the upper level, finish the basement, spruce up the outside and call it done! We take ownership on May 31st 😉
