Established garage building company growing quickly with a friendly work environment that is seeking a general office assistant to help us with setting up and organizing our growing office with a positive attitude and great energy. This position is year round & full time. Compensation will be based on experience. Casual atmosphere.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
• Answering incoming calls
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Review job worksheets and incoming vendor receipts
• Interact with crew members/salesmen to process job related paperwork
• Accurate data entry, produce summary reports
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Work well independently
Able to work in fast paced environment
Interacting with customers & vendors daily
Reliability a must please.

Responsibilities will include :

Initial customer contact
Scoping of the job/ site visits
Generation of estimate and negotiations with the customer.
Generation of contracts and negotiations with the customer
Collection of initial deposits upon signing of contract

You will receive a company cell phone, vehicle & gas card.

No cars no tools. we will provide you with everything you need. pay $13-$15.
