Never mind that it was snowing in April when I took this video...this project is 🔥starting with that statement door! Every inch is custom, from the millwork and wallpaper to the paint and lighting.

This is what fully tailored interiors look like. We wouldn't want it any other way!

If your bedroom isn’t this calm, we should talk.

Layered neutrals, tailored lines, and a space that makes hitting snooze feel like a design decision.

Effortless, elevated, and designed for real life.

Current mood: pretending to be in a luxury spa ad and ignoring all responsibilities.

Soft light. Warm wood. A soaking tub that turns routine into ritual. The most beautfiul spaces aren’t just seen, they’re experienced. They soften mornings, quiet evenings, and redefine daily rituals.

Great design doesn’t just elevate a space, it elevates your everyday.

Here’s what most people get wrong about designing around a view…
When the view is this good, everything else should feel effortless.

In this living space, the goal was to create a sense of warmth and ease without ever competing with what’s happening just beyond the windows.

We layered soft, inviting upholstery, subtle pattern, and natural textures to ground the room, while keeping the palette light and cohesive so your eye is always drawn outward.

Even the architectural elements, the coffered ceiling, stone fireplace, and tailored millwork, work quietly in the background to add character without distraction.

In my opinion, the most successful spaces don’t fight for attention… they guide it.

If you’re designing a home with a view and aren’t sure how to strike that balance, that’s where we come in, creating spaces that feel elevated, intentional, and completely connected to their surroundings.

Such a special moment, being featured in Canvas Rebel and getting to reflect on how Boehm Graham Interior Design began…and how much it’s grown.

In the early days, it was just my mom and me, figuring things out as we went, taking on projects, and building something we believed in from the ground up. While she’s no longer working alongside me day-to-day, she’s still such a meaningful part of my design journey and the foundation of this business.

Since then, BGID has grown in ways I’m so proud of, but that same intention, collaboration, and love for the process is still at the core of everything we do.

It felt really special to share more of this story, along with what continues to inspire my work creating spaces that feel layered, personal, and truly lived in.

I'm so grateful to be included among such an inspiring community of creatives.

How do you design a home when the view is the focal point?

You let it lead.

In spaces like this, the goal isn’t to compete, it’s to complement. We focus on creating a palette that feels complementary, layered, and intentional… allowing the natural beauty just beyond the windows to take center stage.

From the blue tones and natural textures to the subtle repetition of color and pattern, every detail is designed to enhance, not distract from the view.

When done well, the interior and exterior should feel like a seamless conversation.

If you’re not sure where to begin when it comes to designing your home, that’s exactly where we come in, guiding the process from concept to completion to create a space that feels both elevated and entirely your own.
