Stuck on North Rodney Param Rd. in Little Rock with a flat. I broke a rib at work 2 days ago and can’t change my tire. Called around and every place is busy and one said they might be able to get me before they close @6 today.

 It’s that time of year don’t forget to winterize. This time of year there are things you need to remember. Don’t forget to turn off your outside water faucets and winterize your sprinkler systems!!  Even if you have a  a water hose hooked up to your water faucet. It is best to unhook the water hose and make sure there is no water left in the faucet. The faucet will freeze and expand, and you will have to replace it.

You may have planted plants in your yard or certain house plants that need to be covered or brought in. 

Keeping leaves off wooden decks, of your house, and away from inlets of French strains is important. The leaves hold moisture, and that moisture can rot your deck out faster. As the water freezes and expands, it helps to further deteriorate the wood. If leaves are close to a brick house, the brick that is covered, stays very wet and can freeze and calls the brick to start cracking off your house.  Leaves that are on your roof can cause water leaks. If left long enough they can rot holes in your roof.
