"They had ONE JOB". We had a water leak in my 140 building. When finally found. We cut out the back of the kitchen sink cabinet to find cinder block, bricks and mortar. Once we removed all debris from around the drain line, we found that the upstairs unit kitchen drain was Never hooked into the main drain. Who does this????
