This is a project we took on and finished up about a week ago. This old patio had screens that had no life to them. They were grey and loose. Multiple were ripped and some missing. The structure itself had some spots with some rot. Also the paint was peeling off. So we took the time to replace the rotted boards. Next we put fresh new paint on. Then came the time to put the black charcoal screen on. We gave this patio with little hope a second chance.
