This home is absolutely stunning!! We finished this project in September of 2025. This 1920's monster features large living spaces. 4 bed, 3 bath with fully finished attic that serves as master suite. New everything here, custom kitchen, custom bathrooms, all the original floors, windows (including storm windows) trims, doors, and base boards throughout the home were restored. This project is something to see!!

1, 2, 3, New bathroom!! We completed this for a client in October of 2024. Client wanted this bathroom to be modern and clean. Turned out wonderfully!!

Another home we completed in 2024 on Indys near Eastside. 1917 bungalow, 2 bed, 1 bath with a finished attic. This home got to keep all its original cabinets. After a good restoration and some custom touches, these cabinets look brand new. Topped with butcher block countertops.
The exterior on this project was completely restored and painted.

First one of 2024 we completed. 2 bed, 1 bath 1920's bungalow, located on Indys near Eastside. Very nice remodel, loved working on this project!

A look at another property we completed in 2023! 1920's bungalow, located on Indys near Eastside. 2 bed, 1 bath. This project was interesting to say the least. We started by opening up the kitchen, due to the odd shape of this space, custom counter tops we made came out beautiful! The original built ins were restored and updated. Very little tile work on this one.
