The roof is together and ready for sheathing. We're getting close to the end of this part of the project. Next up will be the natural cedar siding, the wood cornice, and the metal on the roof. This is only 2 weeks into the project. With only 2 people working on it the majority of the time. So far so good in Montmorenci. The framing on this cabin has been working out just as it should. We've had no issues since we started. All the walls are up, the 2nd floor loft is put in and both front and back decks are on. We're getting ready to put the roof on it next week. We still have a few things that have to be done before then, but by the end of next week we should have it dried in and the windows snd doors set. The summer is still young and the 4th of July is coming up as well as Labor day in a few months. My family always had an annual get together, and let me tell you there was always alot of work to be done in and around my home prior to the 4th. I just got done with a conversation with a licensed realtor over in the Augusta area. We talked about how much home improvements increase the value of your home. Im not talking major remodeling projects or anything like that. We were talking the smaller things. He was telling me that a house he just sold $35000 over what the appraiser had originally priced this house at. I asked what kind of major changes did they make to get it to sell at that price. He told me nothing major was done. The biggest addition to the house was a 12ftx12ft deck off the back of the house and a 4ftx4ft brick front stoop. Thats it. What was done on the inside and just sprucing things up on the outside is what made the house sell.

Done!! Heres the new hand rails, steps, walkway, decking, and brick landing at Brookside. All thats left it clean up and buttoning up a few things. I will be moving on to my next project. I want to thank Mr. Chris Steifel for the opportunity to provide him with some quality work from All N One. Its always been my goal in life to be in business for myself, but not only that but to provide a service that you dont see very much in my line of work. Thats quality work and craftsmanship.
