Our latest bathroom remodel turned out fantastic! A shared upstairs townhouse bathroom expanded for a great functional and open bathroom! Removed a secondary closet in the master bathroom, blew out the dividing wall and rearranged locations to really open this bathroom up for these customers! Paint and color selections were bold moves, but I think it turned out fabulous!!

Another much needed full gut remodel! Not too often you see drywall cut around a toilet tank, but I can fix that too! Also not sure how they sealed up the tub spout since it was drilled into curve of the tub wall. But now, a beautiful fully functional bathroom provided to a very happy homeowner!!

This one was a little different! Call out was a smell emanating from the closet area that the customer thought was coming from an unused water conditioner. But after removing the conditioner and investigating the area, we found a deteriorated and rotten steel drain pipe that was feeding the tub and kitchen with no access due to its location and a ton of water lines in the way to repair it. So after options and discussions, the plan became removing the perfectly good tub and tile walls from the hall bathroom to access the pipes under the tub for repairs. As it’s a hall bathroom, customer opted for a tub unit to be installed to save time and money as opposed to replacing with a tub and tiles walls. With a little work and a lot of water line tracing and relocating, we were able to replace the rotten drain pipe and install the new tub and get everything operational in a matter of a couple days!! This was a tough project that could have gone drastically worse, but thankfully the rotten piping was limited to the area we discovered it at, and repairs were also limited to that area.

This is a new tub in a day, at half the cost of Bathfitters and West Shore Homes! 1980’s tub had a couple cracks and lost its gelcoat over the years. So we cut it out and replace it with a new, bigger and deeper Sterling unit. We use PVC trim around the tub unit to cover the drywall gaps from removing the old unit, and it’s also prevents that drywall paper curl around the tub edges that steam and water create. A beautiful new quality unit at half the cost of the “other guys”! Another happy customer!

A recent shower replacement in a 100+ year old house that was in dire need of it! We knew the shower base was cracked and that was the main reason for replacement. But after removing the old shower, we discovered the reason why! The shower drain had broken off quite some time ago, and 90% of the water was draining under the floor, causing major rot to the subfloor and framing. The lack of support caused the base to crack. With a little hard work and some framing repair, it’s all back to together and as solid as the day it was built! Another happy and satisfied homeowner!

Last months bathroom project! I didn’t get the before pictures again, but this bathroom had the 60’s pink tub and tile all throughout the tub and 4’ up all of the walls. Somebody had patched a few places throughout the years and it had 3 layers of flooring underneath the tile, which was a huge pain to tear out! But with effort and hard work, what was once outdated and old, became updated and gorgeous!
