Garage wrapped up on Big Crooked Lake.

Handled everything on this one start to finish—made for a smooth process overall, minus a few setbacks out of our control.

Tried something different on this build—we prefabbed all the walls in my barn and trailered them to site. Made a big difference setting walls in freezing temps.

Even had my son out there helping on this one.

We took it over to Clean as Schmidt and they did not disappoint.

They brought this thing back to life — pictures honestly don’t do it justice. It looks brand new again.

Another clean transformation by Sandborn’s Seamless Gutters & Remodels 🔨

This one was a full upstairs renovation. We gutted the entire space and started fresh — removing old paneling, plaster, and settled insulation before installing new insulation and fresh drywall from top to bottom.

Old farmhouses will definitely test you, but we made sure it was done right and ready for the next chapter.
