What actually happens on day 1 of a roof replacement?

Here’s the short version:

1. Our crew arrives and sets up protective tarps around your home

2. We strip off the old shingles down to the decking

3. We inspect the decking for any rot or damage (this is the part you can’t see from outside)

4. We install ice-and-water shield along the eaves and valleys

5. By end of day, the new underlayment is down and your home is sealed

It’s organized, thorough, and a lot less chaotic than most people expect. Every job follows our tried-and-tested process.
