Hallway renovation. Removed and replaced all baseboards and trim. Removed a non load bearing header, sheetrocked, taped, spackled. Removed and replaced flooring. Added board and batten and painted the doors and trim in Benjamin Moore Advance Satin Cinnamon Slate and walls in Benjamin Moore Aura Matte Calm.

Small pantry renovation for the best customer! (my wife)

Removed old quarter-round. Sanded wood trim to degloss. Removed old shelving and made any repairs. Primed bare wood with Stix primer and finished with 2 coats of Benjamin Moore Scuff-X Semi-Gloss. Replaced floor with LVP and replaced quarter-round. Repaired walls where needed and primed with Benjamin Moore Fresh Start Primer. Walls are finished with leftover Benjamin Moore Aura Decorator’s White and Cedar Path.

Found a couple of nice days to do some exterior work before it’s too cold for the paint to cure! White washed all brick surfaces. Loxon XP masonry paint on the foundation. Benjamin Moore Tudor Brown on the front doors.

Sprayed this board and batten in Benjamin Moore Advance Semi-Gloss for a smooth, beautiful finish. It requires a lot of prep labor VS. a lot of paint labor. Then we used a wallpaper primer on the walls above for the wallpaper that’s going to be applied.

Updated to add completed wallpaper pictures!
