This town-home in Emerald Lakes really came out great. Wood-look vinyl flooring and re-textured ceilings. All new semigloss trim. The custom kitchen cabinets we finished in a deep navy blue truly are one-of-a-kind. The two upstairs bathrooms were remodeled as well with custom vanities and tile.

In October 2017 we completely remodeled this condo. Replaced the old tile and carpet with seamless wood-look vinyl flooring throughout. The dated popcorn ceiling was stripped, re-textured and painted. We redesigned the kitchen with custom cabinets and a subway style backsplash beautifully lit with dimmable under-cabinet lighting. New baseboard and crown moulding throughout. We installed all new doors and trim as well. The bathrooms were also updated with beautiful tile and custom vanities. All electrical outlets were replaced and grounded.
