Volunteers will be needed for this event. Please comment or send us a message and we will sent it to the chairperson of the board! This is not officially back on the table, and we will be making this happen in 2016.

I am very sorry to announce that this event is going to be pushed until 2015. Due to the interference of the village council, the lack of utilities at the 2nd proposed event site we will be moving this event to another location in 2015. I am saddened to have to announce this, but it is for the betterment of the event and it will give us enough time to secure private space to have this event!
