❤️ From Our Family to Yours ❤️
We wanted to take a moment to share a little bit about who we are and simply say thank you.
Eleven years ago, Mike started Advanced Pools with nothing more than a small loan to purchase a trailer and a dream of earning a little extra income on the side. Neither of us could have imagined where that journey would lead.
Thanks to the incredible support of our customers, friends, family, and community, our business grew year after year. There have been seasons of tremendous growth and seasons that humbled us, challenged us, and taught us valuable lessons. Through it all, one thing has remained constant—your support.
Three years ago, we opened our retail store, and today we are experiencing what may be the busiest season in our company’s history. That is something we never take for granted.
As a small family-owned business, there are a lot of moving parts behind the scenes. We work long hours, wear many hats, and do our very best each day to serve our customers well. While we’re not perfect, please know that every decision we make is with the intention of doing right by the people who trust us with their pools and spas.
One of my favorite parts of this business is being in the store and seeing so many familiar faces each day. The relationships we’ve built over the years mean more to us than you’ll ever know.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your patience, your loyalty, your referrals, your kind words, and your continued support during this crazy pool season. Because of you, a small side business that started with a trailer became something far bigger than we ever dreamed possible.
