Glazing can give an antique or distressed look depending how you go about it. I had a few of these glaze jobs go through recently so here's a video on it. The powder glaze seems to give a slightly dirtier look than the wet variety, but I do like working with it better, no fingerprints, more control, etc.

Here's a Rustic Alder entertainment center that is almost 19' long plus the 4' long cabinets on the sidewalls. It ended up being a great way to finish the space and provides lots of storage.
