SMART THERMOSTATS
You don't think you need it until you realize what you can do with it.

Set Schedules for when you are home and away.
Set day/night temperatures.
Control your thermostat from your bed, kitchen, or Mexico. Wherever you are you can adjust your thermostat.
Set it to where it knows your coming home so its nice and cozy when you get home.

I can help install a couple options of smart thermostats that work for most all HVAC systems.

Thanks to the Millstadt VFW for letting me come fix up their wifi situation. They have such a Huge space we went with an Ubiquiti Wifi solution. Dream Machine and 6 Access Points. Great system with wired backhauls to each AP.
Quite a challenging job, but they are setup with exactly what their business needs.
Now their events will never have dead spots again and everyone will stay connected.

My favorite piece of technology for connecting with my own home is Cameras. I support Wyze Cameras mainly because they are cost effective, have great picture, and they have lots of options to choose from. Alot of cameras are $100's of dollars, but with Wyze cams you can get multiple cameras for the same price as a single competitor camera.

I can help get you setup with Indoor, Outdoor, Pan Cams, and Floodlight cameras. Wired and Wireless depending on the need.
Most all of them are weather resistant and can go anywhere.

All you can view instantly on your phone from anywhere, have local storage to keep all the video's if you need it later, and there is also a cloud option that can store long term videos.

They come standard with 2-way audio and some even have sirens you can attach to scare off burglars and squirrels.

I don't upcharge on cameras, you pay the same price you can get them for yourself, and I help you install and set them up.

1 of my favorite Smart Home additions is a smart door lock. There are quite a few options out there and I can help you pick the 1 for you.
There are some Great benefits to having a Smart Lock:
• Auto Lock feature that can lock the door for you if you forget
• Wyze lock has an auto UNLOCK feature that knows when your home so you don’t have to fiddle with a key. It’ll unlock it for you.
• Keypad capability for code access and you can have a guest code that family/friends can use.
• And for people like me that are always worried they forgot to lock the door. You can pull up your phone and verify in a few seconds. If its unlocked hit a button and lock it up.

I can help you get 1 installed. We have options that keep your key access still and options that ditch it completely.

1 of the first ways people get into Smart Home Products is with a Smart Doorbell.

• Get notifications every time someone shows up at your door
• You can interact through the built in microphone while your at home or from states away.
• See when a package shows up so its not left outside
• Identify that bird that keeps pecking at your door upsetting your dog. WAIT that was the kid next door!

All great examples of ways a Smart Doorbell can be a great asset at home. I can help you pick what doorbell is right for you and get it installed while you sit and watch Sunday Football!
