was created by Lou Mandarakas, and for over 30 years he has been offering design and build services all over New Jersey. His portfolio includes modest renovations to full scale builds and everything in between. Lou has expanded his services to include MBA Cabinetry Studio,
offering cabinet stylings for every room and in every price range. No project is too big or small for this
crew. Lou’s son Nic

k has joined forces with him, after a successful run with one of New York’s top architecture
firms. While in the corporate world, Nick was an active liaison between his team and the clients, and kept
projects on track and moving smoothly. He has recently earned his architecture license, which increases even more the services that MBA can provide for you. Over the years, Lou has cultivated strong and lasting relationships with his clients, and some have even become lifelong friends! Adding Nick to the business has only enhanced that dynamic, and their
dedicated networking has resulted in several satisfied customers, along with constant referrals from
friends and families. Working in older homes we always strive to match the existing mouldings and trim so there is consistency throughout the home, even if they are in a seperate areas, rather than the easy route by replacing with a readily available generic style. Often times custom mouldings are milled to match the original profiles. In this case a scribe was created and we used seperate profiles to build-up the casing. This is planned to be painted instead of stain in the new areas.

Positioning the first tin ceiling panel after a plywood base layer. Coordinating the cabinet layout and recessed lighting to fall within the pattern is a welcomed challenge. The final tin ceilings will have a painted and copper patina finish. Looking forward to seeing it all come together!
