Before and after of an older deck that had "good bones" that Cody Mutschler, Jason Goddard, and I(Eric Partridge), removed and replaced decking, railing, and fascia. Decking and facia was of a composite materials, and railing is aluminum with tempered glass in-fill. Prior to decking we used a Rubber membrane to create a dry space underneath. Water was diverted to a gutter and downspouts. This job was on Belleville Lake.

This was a special request by a repeat client for a Chihuahua(for Scarlett) Corral. Again my design was brought to fruition by Rafab Incorporated. It even has a matching gate. The porch structure was existing.

These pictures of a 6' Tall Black Vinyl Privacy Fence done to match black windows and black accents on home in Allen Park. Nice materials. Their standard gates were not up tom my standards from manufacturer so I ordered extra profiles and had my able fabricators at Rafab Incorporated build a much better gate(s).

Finally created and installed these "She Shed" double doors.
We had to remove old metal door and square up opening prior to installation. Love the 24 inch strap hinges. I used cedar rough sawn to reduce weight. Opted to mortise and tenon the rails and Stiles, resulting in a super strong door.

Almost finished with my first horizontally oriented fence boards for a Kingston vinyl privacy fence. Waiting for the LED post caps for front returns. We added 16 eyebrow LED lights to side of every other post and also lit their deck with some LED lights. Lighting really took a great looking fence, to a spectacular fence. More pictures to come, when fully complete. This is a Khaki fence.
