Here is the before and after pictures of our latest kitchen renovation. The customer was a referral from a previous customer. Not one to brag, but this is a home run. Kraftmaid Elite cabinets from Carter Lumber in Port Clinton. Granite tops from Balconi. Here at LGC we perform the work ourselves. No sub contractors are needed, other than Balconi fabricating and installing the tops. Enjoy!

Here is a kitchen remodel that we are working on. Countertops get templated tomorrow. Once the countertops are installed, we will install a tile backsplash. We hooked up the old sink for the owners to use until the new sink is installed. We still have some work to do before we can show the finished product.

I was scrolling through past photos of projects that we have done. Here is before and after photos of a home we installed new siding, soffit, fascia and gutters. We built new overhangs to square off the fascia. The back porch was rebuilt with a new substructure and installed new Azek decking.
