The best homes are designed as one continuous thought, and that includes the spaces meant purely for fun. Down here, a golf simulator, a custom bar, billiards, and a striking resin-inlay table all share the same DNA as the floors above: rich tones, layered lighting, craftsmanship in every detail. A lower level should feel like a destination, not an afterthought. When the design language carries through the whole house, even the playful spaces feel intentional.
