Was on time and friendly. Assessed my problem and even though he couldn't get the parts needed locally, he went out of town to get what he needed and returned later in the day to complete the job. He also helped me out with an issue I was having with my front door that wasn't scheduled. I can see why he is in such high demand! Highly recommend. - David S.
