Blue Oak Builders LLC. is looking for a construction supply runner and job-site clean up person. They will go to job sites and deliver parts as needed by crews and job site needs. They will buy parts from vendors around the area if needed to ensure timely delivery to the job site. Also, this person would assist in all job-site clean-up.

Core Responsibilities & Requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of parts that are needed by job site crews.
• Support project manager and leads as well as job site crews by ensuring all relevant materials are brought on time when needed to the job site.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills with a strong work ethic and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
• Turn in all receipts daily
• Keep inventory of all tools and equipment
• Responsible for company credit card for purchases and company truck for runs
• Clean up job sites
• Make dump runs
• Accurate time keeping and daily logging

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Benefits:
• Health insurance
• Paid time off
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am – 4:30pm

Experience:
• Construction: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location:
• Greater Seattle area, preferred to be located in south King County or north Pierce County
