Water damage rehab.

This bathroom rehabilitation project was successfully completed following significant water damage that required full wall exposure and structural drying. Once all affected areas were properly mitigated, our team performed a full professional rebuild.
Scope of work included:
Installation of new insulation
Complete drywall replacement
Double-layer drywall system to meet required fire-rating standards for a multi-family complex
All work was carefully coordinated and completed in full compliance with current building codes and safety regulations. The project was inspected by the City of Bellingham (COB), and the final inspection was successfully passed.
The unit is now fully restored, up to code, and ready for new tenant occupancy.
