Had a dropping faucet that’s been causing this customers water bill to be double for 3 months! I identified the brand and cc the model and then pulled the cartridge to find a flattened mickey mouse o-ring. Called Blanco and they were gracious to send a new o-ring out for free but I pulled some standard o-rings from my kit and actually solve the issue by carefully placing them in place with plumbers water proof grease. 😎

We just installed a sweet Heat Pump heating and cooling system for some really nice people who bought a new house. The house needed a new heating system to get financed, and it took me two days to get this system installed and inspected. LNI inspector Jason LaLone was super impressed with the quality of our work and gave us high praise. The only hiccup was that the unit was going to be delivered late, so I personally drove to Pasco to pick up the unit so the job was not delayed. When I set a schedule, I will do whatever it takes to keep that schedule. This central unit system has 48,000 BTUs of heating and 4 tons of cooling. It was the most efficient model available, with an incredible 20 SEER2 rating, and came with a 10-year warranty. It heats the home as low as -22F degrees and cools as high as 129F degrees. It also came with $2,475 in rebates from PSE.
